There is a simple 4 step ordering process to follow when investing in gold and silver bullion:

1. Request a quote to purchase gold or silver bullion
2. Accept the quote (generally they are valid for an hour or so depending on how fast the markets are moving)
3. We send you a sales order with reference number to confirm order
4. Deposit the amount via internet banking into the suppliers bank account that night (remember to add the sales order number).  A US Dollar denominated bank account is available if you are transferring funds as US dollar.  Also Euro and Australian dollar accounts are available.
5. Gold and silver bullion generally takes 5-7 working days to make up (Can vary depending on supply). If picking up, the supplier will contact you via your mobile to arrange a time for you to pick up, or if requiring delivery, please provide us your delivery details and mobile number and the silver and gold will be couriered to your specified address.
