1. Request a quote by phoning  0800 888 465, by email or live chat,  or by selecting the bullion product and clicking “ADD TO QUOTE”. You can return to the shop and add multiple products to your quote.
2. Accept the quote via email (quotes generally valid for 1 hour) and send us your delivery details (if required) and mobile number.
3. We send you a sales order with reference number and banking details.
4. You deposit the amount via internet banking that night - remember to add the sales order number (other payment options see below). Gold and silver bullion generally takes 5-7 working days to make up (can vary depending on supply).
